I just wanted to share a quick note and let everyone know how grateful I am for Ricardo BH’s customer support.
In the spring of 2017, I was diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes. One of the consequences of this diagnosis was the prescription of Jardiance, a drug that encourages weight loss as a side effect. I lost about 14kg (30lb) in a short period of time. I bought my Bomber Jacket B-3 – Whiskey, XXL (50-52) in April of 2018 thinking my weight loss would be permanent.
Sadly, since I received the order, this beautiful jacket had been hanging in my closet! I never wore it and hadn’t even removed the tag because it was simply too snug on me! Unfortunately, I had regained much of the weight I originally lost.
I noticed the jacket hanging in the closet the other day and decided to recheck the fit. On top I was wearing only a t-shirt and, although I was able do up the zipper, I couldn’t raise my arms so wouldn’t be able to drive my vehicle with the jacket zipped up. I certainly wouldn’t be able to zip it up if I wore anything heavier underneath.
On what I considered to be a long shot, I contacted Ricardo BH to explain my predicament and to request an exchange for a size XXXL (54-56). Imagine my relief and elation when they told me that they would be happy to make the exchange. All that was expected of me was that I pay the shipping costs.
I returned the jacket to them and, moments ago, received the replacement. I love it!
They were not obligated to make the exchange. They went out of their way to make me happy and I am so grateful!
